The Workshop will not run if fewer than 4 people are enrolled in a session. If it is necessary to cancel, all registered participants will be informed immediately, and will receive a full refund of all deposits paid. Notification of cancellation will be made at least 30 days prior to the departure date.
In the event that a week is cancelled, The Umbria Workshop cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the customer, including but not limited to non-refundable airfare or any costs separate from the tour fee. For this reason, The Umbria Workshop encourages all participants to purchase refundable airline tickets and trip cancellation insurance or to purchase their tickets ONLY after they have received confirmation from The Umbria Workshop that the tour has sufficient enrollment to run. The Umbria Workshop is not required to make refunds once the tour-travel package commences regardless of the reason for the customer being unable to complete his or her tour.
All participants in The Umbria Workshop must sign a "Liability
Disclaimer" in the event of an accident. Our vehicles carry standard insurance and participation in this workshop is at your own risk. Although we try our best to ensure the safety of our guests, The Umbria Workshop or Laboratorio Umbria cannot be held responsible for any damages under any circumstances.
